Our last month of 2015 had us in a temporary home for a few weeks and then moving into the home we should be staying in until 2018 or so. We’ve been moving every year since 2013, so it will be nice to stay put somewhere for a while! We eased pretty easily into our first month in Alaska. It’s absolutely beautiful here and it seems pretty laid back, which was surprising since life in the south and then the midwest was already amazingly laid back. (That must be the “yankee” in me talking!) The Munchkin enjoys his 9am school start time and the ease in our morning routine makes up for my new 10pm homework deadline. Well, most of the time, anyway.
